We are seeking a Professionally Registered Electrical Engineering Manager (Pr Eng) to lead our electrical engineering team. The successful candidate will oversee design implementation and maintenance of electrical power systems ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and project specifications. This is a leadership role that combines technical expertise with strategic management of multi-disciplinary teams and projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources for multiple projects.
• Provide mentorship and professional development for team members.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders on project delivery.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports and specifications.

Requirements
