Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Operations Manager to lead our team in the maintenance and operation of generators and transformers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of technicians and electricians in the maintenance and operation of generators and transformers.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for generators and transformers.
• Monitor the performance of generators and transformers and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of necessary parts and equipment for maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of generators and transformers to identify any potential problems and address them in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance and repair activities.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including equipment logs and maintenance reports.
• Train and mentor new technicians and electricians on proper maintenance and operation procedures for generators and transformers.
