JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an eLearning Content Developer and Graphic Designer to design visually compelling, engaging digital learning experiences. This role blends strong graphic design expertise with learning technology to transform complex information into clear, interactive, and impactful eLearning solutions that support rapid skills development and performance improvement across the organisation.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
  • Design and deliver high-quality, visually engaging eLearning content that simplifies complex topics and enhances learner understanding.
  • Translate training needs and subject-matter input into intuitive digital learning experiences that drive real skill development.
  • Apply creative storytelling, interactive elements, and strong visual design to maximise learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Ensure all learning materials are visually consistent, on-brand, and aligned with organisational design and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Training Designers, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to deliver learning solutions on time and to a high standard.
  • Continuously improve existing eLearning content by incorporating learner feedback, new design approaches, and evolving digital learning best practices.
  • Support global learning initiatives, including collaboration with translation teams for multilingual course delivery.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles including balance, contrast, alignment, visual hierarchy, and effective use of whitespace.
  • Ability to design intuitive, user-friendly layouts that enhance navigation and learner experience.
  • Excellent content structuring skills to ensure clarity, flow, and engagement.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring consistency across design elements, assets, fonts, colours, and interactions.
  • Ability to interpret feedback constructively and translate it into high-quality learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • Videography experience is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Instructional Design, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in graphic design and/or digital content development.
  • Proven experience designing and developing eLearning or digital learning content.
  • Experience working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience using industry-standard design and development tools.
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Elucidat, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting global or corporate training initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HTML coding and basic webpage development.
