We're seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Specialist to drive our online commercial performance and protect brand value across digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, ensuring seamless execution of product launches, pricing governance, and digital campaigns. This person will be the guardian of our online presence, ensuring compliance, growth, and innovation in the E-commerce channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion: Grow our Retail online portfolio, acquire new partners, and deliver year-on-year growth.
• Commercial Planning: Collaborate with Marketing to build digital campaigns and strengthen omnichannel performance.
• Platform Management: Oversee our own e-commerce platform, including product listings, stock, promotions, and live chat.
• Operational Excellence: Align Sales, Marketing, and Operations with updated product data and launch execution.
• Data & Insights: Track online performance, SEO, traffic, and partner compliance to inform strategy.
• Marketing Objectives: Support social media, influencer collaborations, paid media, and D2C communications.

What You Bring

• Qualifications: Certification in E-commerce or digital marketing with experience in working in the skincare/beauty sector
• Experience: 5+ years working in the professional skincare industry, or proven experience working in E-commerce, specifically in the skincare/beauty sectors.
• Strong e-commerce and digital marketing expertise
• Proficiency in product uploads, catalogues, and online merchandising
