This is a strategic operations role at the heart of our digital commerce engine. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our products, categories, content and onsite experience are accurate, optimised and trading effectively – while leading a high-performing team and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business.

If you’re a natural organiser, a clear communicator, and a leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead, develop and support the eCommerce operations team.
  • Oversee planning, priorities and workflow efficiency.
  • Use data to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Partner closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Studio, IT and Customer Service.
  • Align teams on launches, campaigns and day-to-day trading.
  • Communicate clearly on progress, risks and escalations.
Site Operations & Trading Excellence
  • Ensure product data, imagery, categories and content are accurate, complete and customer-ready.
  • Oversee onsite merchandising, search optimisation and key content updates.
  • Maintain a consistent, SEO‑aligned site experience and manage website issues.
Optimisation & Insight
  • Monitor trading KPIs and customer behaviour.
  • Use insights to improve content, category performance and overall site experience.
  • Drive scalable processes and operational improvements.
About You
  • You’re an experienced eCommerce operator who understands the mechanics of online retail inside out.
  • You’re structured, calm under pressure and exceptional at keeping complex workflows moving.
  • You’re a confident leader who enjoys coaching, developing and empowering others.
  • You can collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence decisions with clarity and data.
  • You have a strong eye for detail and take pride in a polished, accurate site experience.
  • You thrive in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift quickly - and you’re always two steps ahead.
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in eCommerce trading, website operations or digital merchandising.
  • Team leadership experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of product catalogue management, onsite merchandising and content operations.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and PIM systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting data and using insights to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to different audiences.
  • Highly organised with exceptional planning, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in process optimisation, workflow design or continuous improvement is a strong advantage.
