Job summary

A leading security solutions provider is hiring an Operations Administrator to manage invoicing, client contracts, and support office logistics in KwaZulu-Natal, Durban. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in administrative roles, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and client portal uploads.
  • Consolidate monthly fuel spend and prepare reconciliations for payroll and clients.
  • Handle petty cash and ensure accurate month-end reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update client contracts, addendums, and registers.
  • Track CCMA cases and liaise with HR and Compliance teams.
  • Support managers with quotations, change notes, and income statement reviews.
  • Monitor e-learning completion and study assignment submissions.
  • Coordinate office schedules, emergency work-from-home plans, and event logistics.
  • Maintain asset registers and oversee claims resolution.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and monitor client service delivery standards.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with invoicing systems and client portals
Strong organizational and time management skills
Understanding of fuel reconciliation and petty cash processes
Knowledge of compliance and contract management
Ability to work well with people and build team spirit

Education

Grade 12 (Matric)
3–5 years’ experience in administrative roles, preferably in security or facilities management
Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook)
