About the Role
Millennium Roofing is entering its next phase of growth and seeking a technically grounded General Manager / Operations Director to take full operational control of our timber roof truss design, manufacturing, and installation business. We're looking for a strategic operator—someone who understands structural engineering, has the commercial acumen to manage key accounts, and the leadership maturity to run day-to-day operations so the Managing Director can focus on business optimisation and growth initiatives.
You’ll join a stable, respected company with deep technical roots in the South African roofing sector. The Managing Director is stepping into a strategic background role—focusing on systems and service quality—while you’ll take over the operational reins. You’ll have the authority, autonomy, and platform to make tangible impact from day one.
Location: Pretoria West (or surrounding areas)
