Job description

Director: Information Communication Technology (ICT)

The HSRC is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual with demonstrated success and delivery to guide and manage the overall Information Communication Technology (ICT) function by developing and implementing initiatives that support the achievement of the HSRC's strategic goals.

The ICT unit oversees the following areas:

• Technical assistance and a Help-desk and End-User support
• Systems and software development
• ICT contract management
• Network infrastructure operations
• Cyber security
• Business application support

The incumbent will report to the Chief Operating Officer and manage the delivery of ICT initiatives across all HSRC offices nationwide.

The position is based in Pretoria and the incumbent will be required to travel as required.
