• Set up and maintain tables and dining areas according to company standards
• Greet guests and assist them with seating
• Take food and beverage orders and serve meals to guests
• Ensure all dishes, glasses, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized
• Stock and replenish supplies in the dining areas
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment
• Work closely with other crew members to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
• Attend trainings and meetings as required by the company
