Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics using design software.
  • Film, edit, and produce short‑form videos and reels.
  • Capture in‑office content, including interviews and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
  • Write engaging captions that align with brand tone and audience interests.
  • Assist in setting up, recording, and editing podcast sessions and highlight clips.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all platforms.
  • Research trends and emerging content opportunities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Track performance metrics and compile weekly engagement reports.
About You
  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Proficient in graphic design and video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends.
  • Excellent written English and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
  • Familiar with social scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Communications (preferred).
