About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of online advertising platforms, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and eCommerce marketing. This role is critical in driving traffic, conversions, and brand visibility across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Manage and optimize eCommerce ad campaigns (Amazon, Takealot, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for improved ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for better conversion rates.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging ad technologies.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, or performance advertising.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, Takealot Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO, and conversion tracking.
- Proven track record of managing eCommerce campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads or Meta Ads Certification.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, remarketing, and programmatic ads.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
- Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills
- Experience in Web Analytics and Digital Marketing
- Strong Marketing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
