About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of online advertising platforms, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and eCommerce marketing. This role is critical in driving traffic, conversions, and brand visibility across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Manage and optimize eCommerce ad campaigns (Amazon, Takealot, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for improved ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tracking tools.
  • Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for better conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging ad technologies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, or performance advertising.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, Takealot Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO, and conversion tracking.
  • Proven track record of managing eCommerce campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads Certification.
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, remarketing, and programmatic ads.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills
  • Experience in Web Analytics and Digital Marketing
  • Strong Marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
