What you will enjoy doing
  • As part of the organisation's ongoing development we are looking for a commercially focused, ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online eCommerce and account management channel to the next level
  • This is a pivotal role within the company where you will drive the growth of the eChannel with a key focus on increasing online sales (upsell, cross sell & new business) and digital conversion to online self-service through sales and marketing activities
  • Working across the business, your key responsibility will be to develop and execute sales and marketing plans which drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, business growth and drive ecommerce digitalisation initiatives (project manager)
  • You will need to be prepared to challenge established thinking and to use your experience of best practice digital marketing to develop knowledge and understanding within the business, supported by excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills
  • You are a driven self-starter with a keen ambition to succeed
What makes you great
  • You possess a degree in Digital Marketing, and you have already gained at least 4 years of experience in a related industrial environment including in-depth knowledge of analytics packages to monitor performance of the site and marketing programmes ( Google Analytics, Google AdWords and SEO applications)
  • Results oriented with demonstrable track record of success including a proven track record of exceeding goals and reporting on performance and insights to senior leadership (including campaigns and initiatives)
  • Strong project management skills, self-motivated, highly flexible and takes initiative to get things done
  • Familiar with AB testing, the ability to analyse and act on the outcome of the testing
  • Creative and innovative thinker, but commercially astute and able to challenge the status quo
