Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative Digital Marketing Content Producer to develop engaging short‑form videos and social posts for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You’ll craft content that positions Growth Troops as a thought leader in staffing and talent acquisition while driving engagement across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support – Create video and social assets for recruitment campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Video Production – Film and edit vertical videos (15–60 seconds) for TikTok, Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Content Design – Build LinkedIn carousel graphics and professional visuals.
  • Platform Strategy – Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and platform best practices.
  • Collaboration – Partner with marketing lead to ensure brand consistency and meet calendar deadlines.
