As part of our global DevOps team, you will collaborate with developers, architects, and platform engineers to streamline software delivery, increase system reliability, and champion a DevOps-first culture across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI / CD pipelines to enable reliable software delivery
• Manage and automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Collaborate across teams to improve system reliability and performance
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues
• Contribute to a DevOps-first culture and align with Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their DevOps services
• Strong understanding of test management processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr)
• Experience in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk
• Expertise in version control systems like Git and branching strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
