Role Overview

We have an opportunity for a full-time permanent Manager of the Mackenzie Centre in Inverness. The manager will be the Registered Manager for adult day services and manage social care staff. The key part of this role is supporting staff to deliver services that meet the needs of individuals with complex needs to help them stay in their own home and maximise their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee social care staff and support their service delivery.
  • Ensure services meet complex needs and support independent living.
Qualifications
  • Experience in adult social care.
  • Ability to manage people with highly complex needs.
