An upmarket boutique décor and lifestyle brand is seeking a vibrant, people-focused Customer Support Coordinator to join their team. If you are passionate about beautiful spaces, love engaging with people, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

As the primary point of contact for all customers, you will champion an exceptional shopping and after-sales experience. You’ll handle queries across multiple platforms, support online and in-store processes, and ensure customers feel valued and supported at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions across email, live website chat, office WhatsApp line, social media channels, and in person.
  • Respond to all product enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with logging returns and exchanges.
  • Resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
  • Create customer invoices as required.
  • Support customers with live order tracking by liaising with courier partners.
  • Work closely with the warehouse fulfilment team to implement changes to orders, delivery details, or packaging requirements.
  • Identify common themes in customer feedback and share consolidated insights with the team.
  • Monitor and ensure synchronisation between two online sales platforms, confirming that all sales records are balanced.
  • Liaise with the Accounts team to confirm that transactions are accurately recorded both online and in-store.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital customer service, ideally within e-commerce or retail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of enquiries across multiple channels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience interacting with customers both in person and through digital platforms.
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Shopify, social media platforms, and inventory systems.
  • Full-day, office-based role in Constantia, Cape Town.
  • Must have own laptop.
