This role involves overseeing daily reports, case management, and customer escalations while ensuring data accuracy. Candidates should have a Matric Certificate, a minimum of 2 years in a support role, and strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor daily reports, case management processes, and customer escalations.
  • Conduct various case management tasks and coordinate with service providers.
  • Prepare and distribute daily SLA reports for clients and service providers.
