Job Type: Full time/Permanent

Workplace: Fully Remote

Start Date: 17 March 2025

Training: 4 - 11 Weeks (Fully Remote)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday with shifts ranging between 07h00 - 19h00 on a rotational basis and 09h00 to 17h00 on Saturdays.

Salary: R15 833 per month (non‑negotiable)

Additional monthly incentives: Up to R4000.00 per month.

Candidate Location: Candidates located in CPT would be our first choice for this position, however, we will also review applications of candidates located within various parts of South Africa.

Requirements

• Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No wireless connections accepted.
• UPS Solution required during load shedding (inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
• Fully paid product and systems training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams
• Assistance to passengers with pre & post‑flight departure travel‑related queries in the customer relations department in Italian & English languages
• Work on airline reservation systems & handling voice calls in German may include some written correspondence.
• Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
• Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.
