About Beau’s Pet Hotel

Beau’s is a state-of-the-art Pet Hotel that offers a safe and loving holiday and daycare experience for fur babies! We offer both standard and luxury accommodation for cats and dogs, doggy daycare, grooming services as well as Beau’s Training School. About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service professional with a passion for administration and a keen eye for detail to join our team with an ability to work the following rotating roster:

Tuesday - Friday

You will be part of 'the face of Beau's'. As a front of house employee, you will work closely with other team members to ensure administrative processes are accurately undertaken and maintained, whilst providing an excellent standard of service to our customers across all touchpoints of Beau's.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and develop lasting relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including reception, bookings, follow ups with customers, payments, registrations, requests, retail, banking, record maintenance and pet movements.
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls, email enquiries and face to face customer engagement.
  • Convert enquiries into new business.
About you

It is important to us that our Customer Service Officers have extensive customer service experience, a positive 'can do' attitude, and strong communication and administration skills.

As a successful candidate, you will be:

  • A dynamic, customer focused individual with exceptional skills and extensive experience working in a customer facing role
  • Technically savvy with the ability to undertake administrative process and navigate over multiple software platforms
  • Able to efficiently handle a high volume of phone calls and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, both over the phone and face to face
  • Experienced in undertaking a dual reception / administrative role (desirable).

Maintaining a DHS police check (costs covered) and current driver's license is a condition of employment.
