Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a vehicle dealership.
  • Technical knowledge of vehicles is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s licence is required.

  • Open and manage job cards in line with dealership procedures.
  • Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics.
