We are hiring a CRM Specialist (HubSpot) for a U.S.-based professional services company in the legal industry. This is a full-time remote role ideal for someone who thrives in creating efficient marketing and sales processes, enjoys working with data-driven systems, and has a strong background in HubSpot CRM management and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain HubSpot to ensure every inbound lead is captured and tracked without gaps.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools (ads platforms, analytics, software) to ensure end-to-end tracking.
- Build, test, and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and client communications, ensuring every lead receives timely, relevant communication.
- Develop and refine a lead scoring model that accurately prioritizes prospects for intake and sales.
- Maintain clean, deduplicated, and up-to-date records within HubSpot to ensure reliable reporting.
- Track each stage of the funnel (inquiry ? consultation ? signed case) to identify bottlenecks and leakage.
- Quickly identify and resolve CRM or automation issues, ensuring zero lead leakage and accurate reporting.
- Provide clear, accurate dashboards for leadership with CAC, conversion rates, lead volume, and performance.
- Translate metrics into clear insights and regular reporting.
- Deliver actionable recommendations based on data trends to improve funnel efficiency and conversion.
- Continuously improve systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to ensure workflows support operational needs.
- Identify and implement system enhancements that increase automation efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Train team members on HubSpot features and provide ongoing support to improve adoption and usage, clearly explaining technical processes to nontechnical team members.
- Ensure all CRM processes comply with data privacy laws and internal firm policies.
- Contribute to the development of firm standard operating procedures (SOPs) as related to marketing operations and HubSpot.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience with HubSpot administration and configuration.
- Strong expertise in CRM data migration and system integrations.
- Proficiency in API integrations and automation workflows.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with sales funnel management and lead scoring methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot certification(s).
- Other CRM experience (bonus but not required).

Schedule & Pay
- Full‑time position; aligned to U.S. business hours (EST or CST time zone)
- Pay ranges from R14,000 – R27,000 ZAR per month or PHP 44,000 – 78,000 per month, depending on experience and skill
- Annual raises, bonuses, and holiday PTO included
