Overview

An industry-leading company in the business & commercial banking industry is currently seeking the expertise of an experienced Credit Segment Manager (Rental Finance) to join their team in Sandton, Johannesburg.

ROLE PURPOSE

Evaluate and manage the credit and associated risks within an allocated portfolio combined with that of the relevant segment / s.

Integrate and manage the credit function by ensuring that the quality of credit risks across the regions are aligned with the Bank’s risk appetite, which includes minimising the risk of loss through bad debts while maximising profits.

Provide leadership by inspiring, energising and driving a team of Credit Manager / s to deliver on their respective objectives. To ensure that the core deliverables of Credit are achieved and maintained.
