Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years collections experience in a high volume consumer environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to telephonically contact clients regarding overdue amounts.

Responsibilities

• Telephonically contact clients to obtain payment for overdue amounts.
• Accurately record notes from calls in the Listener system.
• Achieve the minimum number of collection calls daily.
• Capture debit order resubmissions in the Listener system.
• Follow up on client payment commitments.
• Communicate company policies and collection policies to clients.
