Company and Job Description: We are seeking a high-performing Contract Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts across multiple building and civil projects. The ideal candidate will combine commercial acumen with leadership skills to protect margins, enforce compliance, and drive project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management & Administration: Manage contracts from award to close-out; ensure compliance with obligations and milestones; interpret and enforce conditions (FIDIC, JBCC, NEC, GCC).
  • Commercial Oversight & Cost Control: Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to control budgets, approve valuations, and mitigate risks.
  • Project Delivery Leadership: Align site activities with contractual goals; troubleshoot delays and disputes; ensure timely resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers; represent contractual interests in meetings.
Job Experience & Skills Required
  • Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a Contract Manager or senior QS/PM role
  • Strong knowledge of standard form contracts (FIDIC, JBCC, NEC, GCC)
  • Proven experience managing large-scale building or civil projects
  • Proficiency in MS Project and cost management tools (e.g., CCS Candy)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Commercially sharp, decisive, and disciplined leader with excellent communication skills
