Job description
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • 1. Customer Care and Service Delivery
    • 1.1 Responsible for providing support to TETA (chamber) stakeholder and provide excellent, professional services;
    • 1.2 Attend to contract related queries from stakeholders in time frame;
    • 1.3 Timeously respond to Ad Hoc telephonic and electronic queries from internal and external stakeholders;
    • 1.4 Respond to queries via emails and telephonically Consultation with stakeholder;
    • 1.5 Keep up to date about what is being communicated to stakeholders on the website and other forms of media;
    • 1.6 Attend and participate in Annual workshops targeting SDFs and relevant stakeholders;
    • 1.7 Advise and assist stakeholders accordingly when enquired about any marketing and media communications that was sent out by TETA;
    • 1.8 Provincial linkages and participation (Career Expo's; Job Fairs; Industry Related Expo's);
    • 1.9 Provide Support to TETA corporate activity with assisting with Chamber Committee Meeting packs, arrangement.
  • 2 Prepare and Submit claims to Finance
    • 2.1 Follow up with Finance department regarding DG contract claims that was submitted for payment;
    • 2.2 Update stakeholders on progress on payments and distribute Proof of payments;
    • 2.3 Provide personal assist functions to the Executive Officer (EO).
  • 3 Implementation of Mandatory Grants
    • 3.1 Verification of supporting documents and assist the ETDP with MG assessment;
    • 3.2 Conduct site inspection to monitor the implementation of WSP;
    • 3.3 Advice stakeholders and EO of gaps identified.
  • 4 Discretionary Grants Contract Administration
    • 4.1 Assessing of DG claims;
    • 4.2 Prepare addendum requests where amendments need to be effected on contracts;
    • 4.3 Maintain an up to date filing system of all documentation in support of DG claims;
    • 4.4 Assist in generating contract agreements once term and conditions, deliverables and requirements has been finalised;
    • 4.5 Upload new contract on to the project module;
    • 4.6 Provide inputs to DG report;
    • 4.7 Communicate contract deviations to the Assistant ETDP;
    • 4.8 Prepare evaluation sheet and payment requisitions;
    • 4.9 Prepare the claims register weekly and send to finance monthly;
    • 4.10 Conduct Project Monitoring and Evaluation.
