Type: Freelance/Contract – Paid per Video

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Short-Form Video Creator who excels at producing 15–60 second videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. You’ll translate B2B concepts—case studies, thought leadership, client testimonials, and hiring insights—into engaging, snackable content that drives awareness and positions our clients as industry authorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept & Scripting

    • Brainstorm and outline video ideas that highlight B2B value propositions, success stories, and staffing insights.

  • Filming & Editing

    • Capture high-quality vertical video using your own equipment.

    • Edit footage into polished final cuts with captions, motion graphics, and sound design.

  • Platform Optimization

    • Adapt pacing, text overlays, and hooks for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels best practices.

  • Client Collaboration

    • Work directly with B2B clients or account managers to understand messaging goals and incorporate brand guidelines.

  • Performance Tracking

    • Monitor key metrics (views, engagement, shares) and recommend tweaks to improve reach and impact.

  • Asset Delivery & Organization

    • Provide source files, final exports, and brief performance summaries according to agreed timelines.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years creating short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Reels—preferably for B2B or professional‑services brands.

  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex B2B topics into clear, engaging visuals.

  • Proficiency in mobile or desktop editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

  • Understanding of short-form algorithm triggers: hooks, pacing, captions, and sound selection.

  • Excellent communication and ability to incorporate client feedback quickly.

  • Self‑starter who can manage multiple assignments and deadlines independently.

  • Owns or has reliable access to recording equipment (smartphone or camera) and editing software.

Compensation & Workflow
  • Rate: Negotiable per completed video (based on length and complexity).

  • Volume: Flexible assignment load—produce as many or as few videos each month as you’d like.

  • Payment: Net-15 days upon delivery and approval of each video.
