Role Overview

This role is for an experienced Safety Officer who will take responsibility for improving, protecting, and sustaining health and safety across construction projects. The position involves ensuring full compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, internal policies, and site‑specific safety plans, while actively promoting a safety‑centric culture on site. The successful candidate will oversee junior safety officers, manage safety representatives and their documentation, prepare inspection reports using the Mango system, conduct weekly toolbox talks, and support management through accurate reporting and corrective action on incidents and audit findings.
