Through our conferences, media, and advisory services, we connect stakeholders, promote key projects, and shape the future of energy.

Job Description
  • Research - Carry out at least 20 buy/sell side research calls with the target market to understand the issues and challenges the programme needs to address; Read at least 5 articles a week to keep up to date with what is happening in the sector; Create a comprehensive set of summary notes that will translate into a compelling agenda.
  • Agenda Development - Confirm the required number of speakers in the agenda (30-50 depending on # days) at least 16 weeks out from event date. Pass 5-7 referrals per event to the sponsorship sales team.
  • Execution - At least 80% speaker engagement in the run up to the event; Obtain session analytics around the top performing topics to create next year's focus. 8+ NPS/Customer satisfaction scores.
  • Overall - Overall increase of level of learning and sector knowledge in the next 12 months.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the sales, marketing, content and operations teams to help deliver a successful program and event
