A leading Compliance Firm in Johannesburg seeks a qualified individual to manage compliance processes and oversee legal obligations for the Board. Candidates should have a degree in Law or Accounting, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and a Code 8 driver’s license. The role includes managing the compliance process, ensuring statistics integrity, and providing general management oversight.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification required.
• Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in the Legal & Compliance industry.
• 3 years of experience in middle management required.
• Code 8 driver’s license needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the compliance process within Legal Obligations – Phase 1.
• Manage the compliance process within Legal Obligations – Phase 2.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of statistics.
• Oversee compliance of the Board with all relevant Acts and regulations.
• Maintain and manage the Board’s database.
• Provide general management and administrative oversight.
