  • Coordinate end-to-end content workflows, including briefing creators and reviewing deliverables.
  • Draft communication materials, briefs, and updates for pilots, ambassadors, and creators.

The product is set to revolutionise how service providers — such as personal trainers and personal shoppers, connect with clients across South Africa. They empower these professionals by offering a CRM tool enabling smart scheduling, invoicing, and client management through an intuitive SaaS platform emphasizing accessibility, growth, and community.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic and people-centric Community & Content Coordinator to support the growth of their fitness and fashion brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, community-driven environment, excels at stakeholder management, and has a natural flair for content coordination and execution. You will work closely with pilots, ambassadors, influencers, and creators, ensuring seamless communication, engaging storytelling, and consistent brand representation across all touchpoints. Requirements
  • More than 2 years of experience as a Community & Content Coordinator or a similar role

Responsibilities
Community Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pilots, ambassadors, creators, and community members.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all community partners, ensuring clear, timely communication.
  • Support on-ground activations, events, and community meet‑ups as needed.
Content Coordination
  • Coordinate end-to-end content workflows, including briefing creators, reviewing deliverables, compiling testimonials, and managing submissions.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and strategic goals.
  • Support the planning and execution of content calendars across social platforms.
  • Collect, organise, and archive content assets for cross-functional use.
Communications & Brand Support
  • Draft communication materials, briefs, and updates for pilots, ambassadors, and creators.
  • Support brand storytelling through community-led content and advocacy.
  • Assist with campaign coordination, event execution, and on-the-ground content capture where needed.
