Communications and Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a Communications and Marketing Associate to join our team and provide support across marketing and communications initiatives.

You will help develop campaigns, create content, coordinate events, and enhance client engagement within the property management sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and email communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for communications and campaigns.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with events, webinars, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Write clear and compelling content to promote services.
  • Manage multiple projects, independently and within a team.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years marketing experience; property management experience a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools; familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus.
  • Data analysis and reporting experience beneficial.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Benefits
  • Salary : R22,–R25, per month
  • Hours : 9am–6pm SA time, Monday to Friday, 60-minute lunch break
  • 15 days annual leave plus Public Holidays
  • Remote role, with Cape Town office visits for occasional meetings and company events
