Qualifications

• 3–5 years post-article experience in a legal or commercial environment with experience in commercial contract management.
• Knowledge of civil procedures and applicable legislation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across the Group.
• Maintain and manage the contracts database.
• Provide proactive legal advice to internal departments.
• Manage litigation processes and liaise with external law firms.
