Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Attorney specialized in tax law to join our team. As a Commercial Attorney (Tax), you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on tax matters, conducting research on tax laws and regulations, preparing and reviewing tax-related documents, and ensuring compliance with tax laws. Collaborating with the Head of Tax, you will work on tax planning strategies, assist in tax dispute resolutions, and provide support on various commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law with a focus on taxation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal matters effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various documents.
  • Attending meeting with clients to discuss matters and client requests.
  • Developing and implementing effective Tax Structures
  • Conducting in-depth legal research to stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Post-graduate degree / Diploma in Tax
  • Member of the LPC
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
