Responsibilities:

• Reach out to individuals that have outstanding debts via phone, email, or written communication.
• Work with debtors to arrange payment plans, negotiate settlements, and determine feasible payment options.
• Track and monitor payments to ensure debtors are meeting their obligations. Follow up on missed or late payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions with debtors for tracking purposes.
• Provide a professional and empathetic approach to debtors, balancing firmness with understanding to maintain positive relationships.
• Meet collections targets.

Requirements:
