Are you a dynamic self-starter who thrives on connecting with people and driving results? Our client is seeking an energetic and confident Cold Calling Agent in Bloemfontein to join their team, where your talents and enthusiasm will be rewarded!

Minimum requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a similar cold calling or telesales role
• Must be energetic, confident, and thrive in client-facing situations
• A true ‘people’s person’ with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advantageous: Previous experience working with Property24, Loom and Virtual Agent platforms

Skills required

• Proactively contact potential clients via telephone to introduce products and services
• Generate qualified leads
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and client details
• Build rapport with clients, handle objections, and provide excellent customer service
• Reach daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by management
• Provide feedback and insights gathered in calls to sales and management teams
• Training will be provided

Remuneration

• Salary: R6000 per month plus commission

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday:
  08:00 – 13:00 and14:00 – 16:30
