Duties and Responsibilities:
- Program creation: Analyse blueprints and design models to create and input instructions for CNC machines.

- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues during the manufacturing process and make necessary adjustments to the code or machine settings.

- Collaboration: Work with engineers, machinists, and other personnel to ensure smooth production.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical skills: Proficiency in MASTER CAM software and SOLIDWORKS Program for drawings, a solid understanding of machine tooling, and knowledge of material properties.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to dissect complex jobs, interpret technical documents, and think creatively.
- Detail-oriented: A keen eye for detail is crucial for creating precise instructions.
- Education: Many positions require a certificate or associate degree in CNC programming, machining, or a related field.
