A national landscaping firm is looking for a Landscape Manager in Cape Town. The role involves ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and liaising with clients to meet their demands. Job description
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Co-operate and Liaise with all levels of Client representatives and Management
  • Ensure work is performed to the Highest standard and in terms of SLAs
  • Manage maintenance schedules and staff productivity
  • Manage subordinates in line with policies and procedures
  • Budget management & cost control
  • Ensure close weekly communication with management team
  • Adhoc duties as required by management includes overtime
  • Walk- about and draw-up reports
  • Asset management
  • Ensure compliance with High levels of SHEQ.
  • Do client monthly customised audits and surveys
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • National Diploma in Horticulture or Landscape Technology
  • 3-5 years Experience in of Landscape and Horticultural maintenance
  • Experience in managing staff on multiple sites
  • Landscaping installation and maintenance of irrigation systems experience advantageous
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Health & Safety knowledge
  • Computer literate and experience in preparation of quotes
  • Have a valid unendorsed drivers license and PDP
  • Deal with high profile demanding clientele
  • Be able to problem solve
