Purpose of Job

Provide expert clerical services to a department as part of an integrated administrative and office support function. To provide administrative services to ensure effective and efficient operations for the Management of Change (MOC) process for the business unit (BU).

Key Accountabilities
  • Meet individual and contribute to team targets and make appropriate adjustments.
  • Ensure that self and team meet targets, due dates and quality standards.
  • Ensure that work outputs meet quantity and timeline standards as per the BU and Sasol requirements.
  • Develops and gives input to systems and processes that enable effective and efficient administrative operations.
  • Complete all tasks in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of financial planning and control principles.
  • Use, control and maintain all BU and Sasol equipment, time, infrastructure and other resources effectively and efficiently (costs and time).
  • Complete tasks in a cost-effective manner, show an awareness of budget allocations as well as an awareness and drive to contribute towards achieving savings in the BU's expenditure.
  • Promote and achieve SHER targets consistently and with dedication.
  • Meet all BU and Sasol safety and risk objectives and behave in a manner that ensures a safe, risk free work environment.
  • Demonstrate behaviours that reflect and promote the company and BU's vision and values.
  • Execute all tasks in a manner that reflects the BU and Sasol vision and values.
  • Seek and identify opportunities that improve knowledge and skills.
  • Agree and review personal performance goals and ensure consistent achievement thereof.
