This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the operationalisation of the LSCC's mandate, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable implementation of the Council's strategic objectives.
The CEO will provide visionary leadership, oversee the development and execution of the LSCC's strategy, and ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks.

To lead, manage, and operationalise the LSCC's strategic and governance framework, ensuring alignment between policy, performance, and financial management.
The CEO will be accountable for the Council's overall performance, stakeholder relations, and delivery of its transformation objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
Minimum of 10 years' senior management experience of which 5 years must be in executive management in strategy execution, governance, or programme management within public, regulatory, or professional bodies.
Proven track record in policy development, stakeholder engagement, and financial management.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Analytical thinking, strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence and ethical leadership, excellent communication and presentation abilities, results-driven with a focus on accountability and compliance.
