Overview

Oversee the technical operations of our vessels, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades onboard the cruise ship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all vessels are in compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for all cruise ships
• Monitor and analyze vessel performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely repairs
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment, and order replacements as needed
• Conduct regular inspections of vessels to identify any potential issues and address them promptly
• Train and mentor junior engineers and crew members
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in maritime technology and implement them where applicable
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by regulatory bodies and company policies
