  • Deliver effective product training to key partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships, address concerns promptly, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
  • Oversee product transition processes and adjust sales forecasts to align with market demand.
  • Monitor weekly channel stock levels and sales run-rate to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted sales promotions, campaigns, and activities designed to boost revenue and market share.
Qualifications
