Qualifications

  • Must have Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Postgraduate advantageous).
  • Must have 5+ years' experience in channel management, preferably in financial services.
  • Must have a proven track record in digital transformation, advisory channel optimization, and product-led campaigns.
  • Knowledge of FNB systems and processes is an advantage.

Role Purpose

Drive the performance and growth of Advisory and Digital channels for FNB Home and Structured Lending by developing and executing strategies that optimize customer engagement, increase channel adoption, and deliver on lending targets.

Translate strategic objectives into actionable tactical initiatives using analytical practices and data mining, ensuring seamless integration between advisory teams and digital platforms to enhance customer experience and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement channel strategies to meet home and structured lending targets across advisory and digital platforms.
  • Translate high-level strategy into tactical initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, adoption, customer satisfaction).
  • Drive tactical initiatives through analytical practices and data mining to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Champion digital adoption for home loans and structured lending products.
  • Leverage digital channel experience to enhance customer journeys and self-service capabilities.
  • Support advisory teams with tools, training, and processes to improve productivity and customer engagement.
  • Design and execute product-led campaigns to drive lending growth across channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure campaigns align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Operations, Risk) to deliver integrated channel solutions.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across advisory and digital touchpoints.
