Reference : Pta VLR-1We have an opportunity for a dynamic CEO for a company within the appliance repair industry based in Centurion to lead the company's executive team, managing operations and developing and implementing the company strategy.
Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to revitalize the company's performance and ensure consistent profitability. Lead the formulation of short-term and long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Foster a good corporate culture based on loyalty, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Financial Management : Work with the CFO to oversee the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, product margins, working capital management and debtors collections. Implement operational efficiency initiatives and optimize resource allocation to improve profitability.
Operational Excellence : Streamline operational processes and oversee the development of company's CRM to enhance efficiency and productivity. Drive sales growth through optimisation of marketing strategies and onboarding of more corporate clients. Implement quality control measures, regular monitoring, and customer feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality repair services. Optimize supply chain management to reduce turnaround times and improve service delivery. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Talent Management : Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high‑performing team. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to employees to foster a culture of accountability and teamwork. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Stakeholder Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively with shareholders and board members to provide regular updates on company performance and strategic initiatives. Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to enhance its visibility and reputation.
