• Strategic thinker with strong execution and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Cape Town office, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s broader goals and direction.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales & Business Development, contributing to the Winning Business process.
• Promote strong cross‑functional collaboration with others to ensure successful contract delivery.
• Cultivate a high‑performance, collaborative, and values‑driven office culture.
• Ensure effective day‑to‑day operations, compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements, and proactive risk management.
• Maintain robust operational processes, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
• Serve as the senior organisational representative for all Cape Town operational matters.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and drive organisational objectives.
