Key Responsibilities

  • Attend court proceedings, client consultations, and settlement negotiations as required.

  • Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with procedural rules and deadlines.

  • Manage and maintain legal files, including case documentation, evidence, and records.

  • Conduct due diligence and background research on clients, companies, and legal matters.

  • Draft reports, summaries, and legal opinions to support case strategy.

  • Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and relevant stakeholders in a professional manner.

  • Support attorneys in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness statements, and court bundles.

  • Continuously update knowledge of legal developments, regulations, and best practices.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
