Job description

An Internal Vacancy exists for a Call Centre Agent in the Banking Division based in Sandton (Melrose Arch).

The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Developing key client relationships and maintaining current relationships with Melrose Arch Tenants
  • Logging all Maintenance and Security Related Issues
  • Controlling Service Contractors
  • Assisting Patrons, Visitors, Tenants, Contractors, and Delivery Personnel with inquiries
  • Recording CCIMS Building Inspections
  • Making Tenant Courtesy Calls
  • Recording Retail Opening and Closing Times
  • Providing Emergency Assistance
  • Ensuring processes and systems are in place to maintain and improve customer service delivery
  • Ensuring company compliance with relevant legislation and requirements
  • Handling administration reporting and logistics
  • Achieving targets as per identified measures

Preferred qualifications / attributes / skills :

  • Monthly and weekly reports
  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification or relevant qualifications
  • Relevant experience in a similar position over two years
  • Good interpersonal and strong administration skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
