Job Description

An established eatery is looking for an experienced manager who has run teams or operations before, leads with structure and fairness, and takes pride in cleanliness, order, and consistency. Someone emotionally steady, reliable, and comfortable being the senior presence on busy days.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity (5 days a week, weekends will be required due to being the most busy business time).

Work hours 7h30 am - 17h00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Full day-to-day running of the café

Opening and closing procedures

High standards of cleanliness and presentation (front and back of house)

Managing customer flow during peak family hours

Staff scheduling, training, and performance management

Stock control, ordering, and waste management

Daily checks and basic reporting

Working closely with ownership on improvements and planning
