Qualifications

• Qualified CA.
• Post articles experience managing a finance team (8+ years).
• Post articles experience in accounting and/or financial analysis (min 5 years).
• Experience in a real estate or investment environment (3+ years).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist COO in delivering on the Financial Strategy.
• Manage financial accounting for OMREHC and consolidate 23 entities.
• Prepare annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders.
• Analyse financial records, trends and prepare budgets.
