Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics NAV / Business Central, Deltek Maconomy, or SAP.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Adobe.
• Proficient in Workday, Sage People / Sage 100C.
• Knowledge of campaign management tools like Cogent, Meta/Google Marketing.

This role bridges the gap between the Business Platforms Partner and the Junior Analyst, providing the technical capability to deliver integrations, ERP management, Microsoft Fabric pipelines, and Azure-based AI/agentic automations across Dentsu SSA’s enterprise systems.

It’s a key delivery role supporting SSA’s Enterprise Technology transformation agenda, enabling us to internalise vendor work and improve cost efficiency, reliability, and delivery speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Migration from Dynamics NAV 2016 to Business Central / Deltek Maconomy
• Rollout of Microsoft Fabricand other data pipelines for unified reporting and data landscape
• Deployment of Azure OpenAI / Copilot automationsaligned to the dentsu.AIroadmap
• Integration and data flow design across Cogent, Workday - Sage, HubSpot, ServiceNow and other platforms ensuring compliance with Dentsu Enterprise Technology standards
• Addresses a clear capability gap between senior platform leadership and analyst level
• Enables SSA to internalise key integration, automation, and reporting work
• Ensures continuity for Fabric, AI, ERP migration, and general platform projects across 11 SSA markets
• Strengthens data governance, security, and delivery speedunder Enterprise Technology

Key Competencies

• ERP / Finance Systems: Dynamics NAV / Business Central, Deltek Maconomy, or SAP equivalent
• CRM & Marketing Platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe
• HR & Payroll: Workday, Sage People / Sage 100C
• Media / Operations: Cogent or similar campaign management tools (Meta/Google Marketing/Data Platform Experience is a plus)
• Data & Automation: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Automate / Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI (& other models/platforms), Prompt Flow, and general API integration experience
