Role Overview

As Uptalent.io’s Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth. You’ll focus on both outbound and inbound initiatives, independently creating and managing efforts that generate leads and turn prospects into long‑term clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching markets, analyzing trends, and targeting high‑value prospects across industries.
  • Client Acquisition: Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating and nurturing leads to closing deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to expand Uptalent.io’s reach and visibility.
  • Data‑Driven Growth: Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies and continuously optimize growth efforts.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with leadership and operations teams to align growth initiatives with overall company goals and ensure a high‑quality client experience.
  • Outbound and Inbound Strategies:
    • Outbound: Execute cold outreach, personalized emails, and networking campaigns to generate qualified leads.
    • Inbound: Develop and implement content marketing, lead nurturing, and referral programs to attract and convert clients.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, client acquisition, and market penetration.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth‑focused roles in B2B services, with a strong record of driving client acquisition.
  • Hands‑on experience with outbound strategies, including prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building.
  • Ability to create and execute inbound strategies, such as content creation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision‑makers and build lasting relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems to track and manage pipelines.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of independently developing and executing growth strategies in a remote‑first environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of staffing, outsourcing, or remote talent solutions is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, such as email automation, SEO, or social media, is advantageous.
